Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At aesthetict.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms regarding order cancellation, returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Returns & Replacements

  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or low-quality product, or if any item is missing, please do not accept the package and immediately return it to the delivery agent.
  • Once you accept the package, we are unable to process claims for missing, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Replacement is subject to product availability.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for:
    • Items canceled due to stock unavailability.
    • Undelivered orders (refund will be processed after deducting any discount or cashback received).
  • Refunds for advance payments (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • If cashback or discounts were applied, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
  • For EMI orders, the applicable EMI processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Aesthetict.com reserves the right to cancel any order within 48 hours for unforeseen or unavoidable reasons.

3. Requirements for a Valid Return

  • Valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
  • Product must be in its original packaging with all accessories.

4. Valid Reasons for Return

  • Delivery of a wrong product
  • Delivery of a defective product
  • Delivery of a product with missing parts
  • Incorrect content displayed on the website

5. Pre-ordered Products – Special Conditions

  • Pre-ordered products cannot be returned once received due to a huge import works includes.
  • Customers are advised to check carefully before accepting delivery at the day of delivery.

6. Installation Service Terms

  • For products requiring installation/fitting, service will be provided within 3 working days of delivery.
  • Once the product is received and accepted, it cannot be returned.

8. Non-Applicable Return/Replacement Guarantee

Returns/replacements will not apply in cases of:

  • Misuse, mishandling, or physical damage
  • Incidental damage due to product malfunction
  • Consumables already used/installed
  • Tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Products without complete packaging, box, or accessories

🔔 Note: Customers are advised to check carefully before accepting delivery at the day of delivery. Once the product is received and accepted, it cannot be returned.
